Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by Organise With Eve.

By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Agreement

Once a booking is confirmed or payment is made, these Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you (the client) and Organise With Eve.

2. Services

Organise With Eve provides:

  • Home organisation services

  • Bookkeeping services

  • HR support and consulting services

The scope of services will be outlined in writing prior to commencement. Any work requested outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees and will be discussed and agreed before proceeding.

3. Quotes & Client Information

Quotes and time estimates are based on information provided by the client, which may include photos, measurements or descriptions of spaces or business needs.

Organise With Eve is not responsible for inaccurate estimates where incomplete or incorrect information has been provided.

4. Bookings & Payment

  • Payment terms will be outlined prior to service commencement.

  • Home organisation services may require payment in advance to secure a booking.

  • Business support services (bookkeeping and HR) may be invoiced in line with agreed payment terms.

  • Prices are confirmed at the time of booking and may change for future services.

5. GST

If Organise With Eve is registered for GST, all prices are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

6. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a booking.

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee.

  • If Organise With Eve arrives at the agreed time and cannot access the property or contact the client, the session may be forfeited and charged as booked.

  • Organise With Eve reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to illness, safety concerns or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Health & Safety

Clients must advise Organise With Eve of any known health or safety risks prior to a session, including but not limited to:

  • pets

  • mould or hazardous materials

  • unsafe flooring or access issues

Organise With Eve may postpone or cease work if conditions are unsafe.

8. Product Sourcing (Home Organisation Services)

Where Organise With Eve sources products on behalf of a client:

  • A budget must be approved in advance

  • Products must be paid for by the client prior to purchase

  • Organise With Eve is not responsible for supplier delays, defects or availability issues

  • Unused funds may be refunded or applied to outstanding invoices

9. Virtual Services

Virtual services rely on accurate client participation.

Clients are responsible for:

  • providing accurate information, photos and measurements

  • following guidance provided during virtual sessions

Organise With Eve is not responsible for outcomes impacted by incorrect or incomplete information.

10. Photography & Marketing Consent

Organise With Eve may take before-and-after photographs of spaces for documentation and marketing purposes.

By engaging our services, clients consent to the use of these images for online or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No personal identifying information will be shared without consent.

11. Intellectual Property

All content created by Organise With Eve, including documents, systems, templates and materials, remains the intellectual property of Organise With Eve unless otherwise agreed.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Organise With Eve is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss

  • Liability is limited to the re-performance of services or a refund of fees paid

Clients remain responsible for decisions made following services provided.

13. Confidentiality

All client information is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

14. Website Use

Content on this website is provided for general information only and may be updated at any time without notice.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
